Warranty Policy

SharePal offers a limited warranty of 3 months on all products from the date of invoice. For accessories (such as adaptors, cables, batteries), the warranty period is 1 month from the invoice date.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal usage. Original purchaser eligibility applies; warranty is non-transferable.

Customers seeking warranty service must provide the original invoice. Complaints should be registered within the warranty period through email at care@sharepal.in or WhatsApp at 7619220543. Upon verification, SharePal will arrange for product pickup and drop-off. A nominal pickup/drop charge may apply.

Warranty will be void in the following cases:

- Physical damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or accidents.

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

- Damage due to exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors.

- Removal or tampering of serial numbers or seals.

- Issues arising from external accessories or software not authorized by SharePal.

Customers may be required to provide images or videos of the product issue. Proper packaging is mandatory for product returns to avoid damage during transit; otherwise, SharePal reserves the right to reject claims or charge for damages.

During the warranty period, SharePal may repair or replace the product at its discretion. Replaced parts become the property of SharePal. In rare cases where repair or replacement is not possible, SharePal may offer a refund at a depreciated value based on product age.

SharePal shall not be liable for consequential damages arising from product use or warranty service.

Any disputes related to warranty or refunds shall be governed by Indian laws, with jurisdiction in the location of SharePal’s registered office.
