Refund Policy
Because your privacy matters!
1. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Any request for cancellation of orders once dispatched will not be entertained.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY:
SharePal provides refunds only under the following conditions:
- If the product received is damaged or faulty.
- If the product delivered is not as per the order placed.
- Cancellation before the product is dispatched.
3. REFUND PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed after SharePal receives the cancellation or return request. The refund shall be processed back to the source mode of payment.
4. RETURN OF DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS:
To return damaged or incorrect products, customers must contact SharePal customer support within one working day of delivery via email at care@sharepal.in, or via WhatsApp at 7619220543. Returns requested after one working day of delivery will not be accepted.
